Rule 98
A bill to replace the approved ordinance
(1) The bill to be presented for the purpose of replacing the provisions of any ordinance approved in accordance with this paragraph, as is or with amendments, shall be submitted along with the circumstances and reasons for the immediate application of the said ordinance.
(2) In relation to the replacement bill submitted as per sub-rule (1), the procedure as per paragraph-15 shall be adopted.
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), the bill to replace the ordinance must be passed within the period specified in Article 114 of the Constitution and certified by the President.
